Sometimes, when you watch a movie about World War One or World War Two, you think you know the intensity and reality of what happened. However, when you come to a grave yard, you understand more about the people that were there. You understand that they were dying for the people they loved so they could see better days than the war that everyone was heading off to, and likely never to return from. But not just for the people they loved, also for the people of their country, that the next generation, our generation, could live a life of freedom and liberty for all.

Good job, you made and excellent point here. We offten think we know what happened and just dismiss it as an event in history. Yet, as you pointed out there is so more that was fought for through blood and sweat that we take for granted. Great job!
