If it weren't for the 10-Day Writing Challenge, I would have been sitting at home reading and grading all of your homework assignments every night. Don't get me wrong, I really do enjoy reading your thoughts about books and the world. But I'm just so glad that I had time to write in my journal! Thank you. It was such a luxury for me!! It's ok if it wasn't so wonderful for you. :)
I guess all I really hope is that you now know it's possible. You never know what you are capable of until you try. People say that a lot, but then they never actually push themselves out of their comfort zones. You all did. That's a big deal.
Also, I hope you now know that you can always come back to your journal whenever you want. Try to make writing in it a thing you WANT to do, instead of the thing you HAVE to do.
It will always be there for you.
It can be anything you want it to be: Poetry. Art. Music. Research. Fact. Fiction. Fandom. Plans. Ideas. Opinions. Comics. Humor. Philosophy. Memories.
It can be a reflection of who you are and an extension into who you want to become.
It's a story worth telling.
Every story is a story worth telling.
